    I have been living here for some time; I do not have any problems. The neighbors are friendly; the management seems very pleasant. The overall environment is neat and well kept. The community watches out for one another even at first sight it does not appear that way. The location is a comfortable distance from downtown Brea and across the street in the Von's shopping center is one of the best sushi restaurants in OC. Canyon Pines is a very good alternative to the high priced homes in the area.

    So I must say I do love living here at canyon pines. The office is always open and there is on site managers and maintence if I need something. the property looks very nice its located somewhat up on the hills away from traffic and the "city life" but yet still close to the mall and downtown brea. You can walk across the street to Vons. I have lived here 13 years and there has been a lot of new faces working for the company I have never had any issues or any complaints. I would reccommend canyon pines to my family and friends.

    Canyon Pines is a great place to live. I love how quiet and comfortable I am here. I have lived here for 1 year and compared to other apartments I have lived in this one is very well kept and the management is great and very helpful.

    We moved in this past October, and have been very pleased so far. Like many have said, the grounds are well cared for, with pool and laundry facilities central to everybody. Our apartment was refurbished before we moved in, most noticeably I understand in the kitchen, with new recessed lighting and marble counters. What I really appreciate is now quick maintenance has been in the rare instances we've needed them, and how the staff are overall are friendly and efficient.
    (OH also, having a large grocery store (Von's) right across the street is a great bonus for us! Also a pretty good sushi place too!)

    The apts are really cute with painted walls & crown molding; the coloring creating a warm atmosphere. Best apt landscaping I've seen with fully staffed maintenance whom are always ready and willing to assist. Management tends to problems promptly.
